A Scent for the Rugged
Summary
Standoff Cologne is a project for the PIASC/RAISE Foundation Packaging Competition For College Graphic Arts Students (very concise name) that I ideated, designed and produced from end-to-end. Not having much structural packaging experience, diving in to the mechanics of the package and die lines fascinated me. The purpose behind the graphic design is to stand apart from other current colognes being sold. It is marketed to the man who wants to smell good, without compromising his machismo. The combination of substrate and print differentiate the brand from the usual luxurious and sleek packaging design.
